Evidence-based Test Protocols
Physimax reliably facilitates well-established dynamic movement test protocols that have been developed and proven by world leading academies. These tests quantify: Symmetry, dynamic range of motion, motor control, stability, endurance and more. PhysiMax provides a list of criteria from feet to shoulders.
The process requires the trainees to perform simple movement tests in front of the camera, with no special suits and no wires connected to the body, providing immediate measurement and scores; a full athletic set requires 8-10 min per athlete.

Where can these assessments be done?

A full athletic set requires 8-10 minutes per athlete. Individual assessment data is stored and available for future recall and comparison for athletes who have been injured and attempting return to play. This historical bench-marking is invaluable, when compared to current data, to determine the athlete’s level of recovery.
