Shipment processing time – All orders are processed within 10-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates- Shipping charges for your order are automatically included in the purchase price.

Shipment addresses – Recovery Club ships to addresses within the Republic of South Africa

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking – You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You will be notified every step of the way and notified of any delays. Damages- Recovery Club South Africa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy – We currently do not ship outside the Republic of South Africa.

Returns Policy – Our returns provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Covid-19 Lock Down Measures

Due to the constraints of our courier services as a result of The Covid-19 Lock down measures taken by our government, all orders placed on our shop will be on back order unless otherwise confirmed via email or phonecall by Recovery Club staff.
